Extract from a reference: Dare I say that, thanks to his coaching, I have become a better leader: a leader who demands something from yet motivates his employees; a leader who can be trusted even when there are a number of interim levels in the hierarchy. As of January this year I have been voted onto the company’s board of management. I am convinced that, without the professional and committed support provided by Hansruedi Zellweger, this wouldn’t have been possible so quickly and in this manner. The results of our work can be found in my office as pins, mnemonics or drawings and repeatedly remind me that one never stops learning. Unless one is able to change oneself it is not possible to change one’s surroundings.
